The person behind the work.
My background is in Business Management. Over 40 years working with leaders, organizations and high-pressure environments, I observed a consistent gap: capable, self-aware people carrying real internal weight with no appropriate space to examine it.
Therapy wasn't always the right fit. Coaching moved too quickly toward solutions. What was missing was structured reflection — unhurried, non-directive, and genuinely confidential.
Inner Ledger Insight grew from that recognition. It is private, careful work, offered to a small number of clients.
